Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Des Plaines, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Senior FP&A Analyst.

$110,000-$155,000 (based on experience) plus full benefits, PTO, and more.

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team and support our Des Plaines manufacturing facility.

As part of the North America Operations Finance organization, your role will be integral in delivering financial insights and decision support to Operations and Finance stakeholders. The plant Finance team ensures accurate product costing, operational KPI reporting, and financial reporting that reflects performance effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience with standard costing, including accurately tracking manufacturing costs, analyzing variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with prior experience collaborating with C-Suite executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or exposure to private equity (PE).
• Background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Knowledge of investment banking practices.
• Hands-on experience with transactional processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders, corporate finance, and cross-functional teams to establish and achieve financial goals in alignment with operational metrics.
• Provide financial guidance to operations leadership regarding capital investment decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses requiring a strong understanding of business operations and advanced analytical skills.
• Assist in developing, reporting, and refining operational KPIs to drive performance improvement.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial results and insights to leadership teams.
