Senior Large Law Firm Account Executive - Chicago, IL

Summary

Cogency Global is growing and excited to announce we are recruiting for a Senior Large Law Firm Account Executive (Field AE) located near Chicago, IL. This person will join the Center West region and will report to our Regional Sales Director in Chicago. This Senior Account Executive will initiate new client relationships, as well as maintain and expand existing client accounts in our Central South territory which includes half of Illinois and all of Missouri and Kansas. To be successful, the AE will develop a deep knowledge of our transactional product lines, along with a general knowledge of our agency and compliance product lines. Cogency’s Large Law AEs are physically active in the field and build long-lasting buyer relationships via face-to-face sales efforts, so flexibility to travel will be required.

4. Minimum 7+ years field sales experience within legal and/or financial industry (selling services)
5. Prefer experience within the Legal Services industry (not required)
6. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce or a similar CRM

Job Type: Full-time; M-F Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Base Salary: $85k
