Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Pay Rate: $60.00/hr on W2 to $80.00/hr on W2
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to provide analytical support to our Project Management Office (PMO) with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will proactively participate in project processes, driving improvements and providing leadership in planning, risk management, finance management, and overall project execution. This position requires a deep understanding of Project Management Methodologies, experience in the medical products industry, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analytical Support & Process Improvement : Provide analytical support to the PMO, recommending system refinements and ensuring optimal project performance.
- Planning & Documentation : Lead planning sessions as a documentation or workstream lead, ensuring clear direction on project requirements for external customers and stakeholders.
- Project Execution & Performance Management : Oversee project strategy, schedules, budgets, and financial analysis. Ensure project deliverables meet organizational and customer expectations.
- Risk Management : Lead risk management efforts, including decision-making on substantial program risks, and create proactive solutions to minimize obstacles to project progress.
- Finance & Administration : Provide financial analysis and updates for ongoing and upcoming projects. Manage project deliverables and ensure alignment with SharePoint for project tracking and scope execution.
- Issue Resolution : Actively identify and resolve project barriers. Anticipate conflicts and propose proactive solutions to ensure seamless project progression.
- Communication & Reporting : Lead communication for multiple projects, delivering regular updates via SharePoint and participating in global meetings. Escalate issues as necessary and ensure transparency in project milestones.
- Quality & Regulatory Systems : Ensure the completion of harmonized process/quality system elements, collaborating with manufacturing integration teams and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective collaboration and decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge & Experience :
- Strong knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and Quality Systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 10 years of demonstrated success in leading multi-site, global, or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry.
- Technical Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to track project financials.
- Ability to navigate and fill out online forms and systems for training and performance management.
