International Software Engineer Lead Senior - Lisle, Illinois

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead Senior in Lisle, IL with the following requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of software engineering experience, including 1 year in a lead role OR
• Master’s degree and 6 years of software engineering experience, including 1 year in a lead role OR
• 10 years of software engineering experience, including 1 year in a lead role.

Required Skills:

• Apply Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to software solutions (3 yrs);
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions, including Azure, to reduce infrastructure costs and increase systems reliability (3 yrs);
• Use performance tuning and optimization techniques while building distributed systems using interoperable services (3 yrs);
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks while creating software solutions (3 yrs);
• Use security best practices and principles such as those listed in the OWASP Top 10 (3 yrs).

Salary Range: $148,949 - $150,000.

• Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
