Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION:
This role is responsible for consolidating, interoperating, and summarizing data across various platforms to deliver a consultative presentation to our largest customers on data trends, product impact, strategic recommendations, potential impact of available solutions, etc. The role requires an understanding of client strategy, strong relationship-building with internal business partners and external clients, analytical-thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy OR 7 years' experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
2. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
3. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.
4. Takes initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside/in perspective to identify innovative solutions.
5. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
6. May lead functional teams or projects.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range: $82,700.00 - $149,300.00
