Job Summary

This position is responsible for the fulfillment of authentication credentials and authorization entitlements for the enterprise; including account management, password configuration, non-person ID creation, help desk resolution, and fulfillment of business customer access requests; utilizing technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with knowledge of security practices and procedures; enforcing security policies and procedures, user log-on and authentication rules, and security auditing procedures. Lead and execute internal projects and initiatives. Understanding of IAM methodologies. Ability to work with the business and subscribe technologies to IAM services. Support and troubleshoot IAM platform technologies.

NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree and 4 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments. OR 8 years of related work experience OR 8 years of related military experience. Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms.
2. Knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
3. Knowledge of IAM industry concepts and industry best practices.
4. Build knowledge of HCSC, business processes, and customers.
5. Solve a range of problems and perform break/fix responsibilities.
6. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
7. Customer service skillset.
8. Knowledge of network operating systems (e.g., Unix, Windows AD, eDirectory, SQL).
9. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Time management skills, including organization, coordination of duties, and/or accomplishment of goals.
10. Verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$90,900.00 - $164,200.00
