Job Description:
• This role involves designing and implementing robust data management solutions, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing data workflows with a deep understanding of MDM principles and hands-on experience with Stibo. The candidate will lead the development and maintenance of MDM architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and governance by implementing best practices and standards. Additionally, the role requires mentoring junior team members, staying updated with industry trends, and contributing to the development of data management policies and procedures.
JOB DUTIES:
• Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency. This includes utilizing Stibo STEP's data modeling and workflow capabilities to create robust data management frameworks
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives. This involves leveraging Stibo STEP's master data management features to streamline data integration and synchronization across systems
• Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data workflows and processes. This includes configuring Stibo STEP's data governance and quality tools to enhance data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This requires using Stibo STEP's collaboration and workflow management features to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Ensure data quality and governance by implementing best practices and standards. This involves utilizing Stibo STEP's data validation and enrichment capabilities to maintain high data quality
• Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and systems. This includes creating comprehensive documentation using Stibo STEP's documentation and reporting tools to ensure transparency and traceability
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in data management. This involves using Stibo STEP's auditing and monitoring features to continuously evaluate and enhance data management practices
