Job Desription:
We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer, preferably with experience in forensic investigations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural and forensic investigations on both commercial and residential buildings.
- Prepare, write, and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, correspondence (letters, memos), and project specifications.
- Perform site visits, including structural and forensic inspections.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Required Qualifications :
- A minimum of five years of experience.
- Strong communication skills, essential for fostering client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and industrial building materials, systems, and assemblies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, insurance professionals, and property managers.
