We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join Crash Champions. As a corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. This is a hybrid position, but this person must be based in the Chicagoland area and willing to commute a minimum of 2-3 days/week.
