5. Ability to lead and guide a development team, though not direct management responsibilities

Architecture largely already exists but may require some changes / monitoring based on changes required. No reporting relationships; it's really leading the development team around architecture, technology direction & development and quality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
