About the Role:
The Doyle Group is seeking a skilled Workday Implementation Architect. This role will be key in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our Workday system, optimizing configurations, supporting users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong understanding of HR & IT processes, and excellent communication skills to facilitate effective support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage security profiles and user access within the Workday system.
- Ensure seamless system configuration and maintenance across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
- Provide second-level support to end users, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations as needed.
- Assist with system integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between Workday and other internal or external systems.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to manage cross-departmental dependencies and align Workday configurations with business needs.
- Communicate new Workday features, enhancements, and best practices to stakeholders, assisting with adoption and change management.
- Support data integrity by monitoring system performance, conducting audits, and resolving data issues.
- Assist with the creation and customization of reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Build in-house knowledge of Workday functionalities and serve as a resource for training team members on the systemβs capabilities and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal support processes and help drive the development of a robust support model.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday, ideally in a system administration or support role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, IT systems, and the functionality of Workday.
- Proven experience administering user security profiles and managing system configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards within Workday.
Preferred to Have:
- Workday certification (HCM or other relevant modules).
- Experience with Workday integrations, data loads, and business process configuration.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE)
Bonus: Eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus
Retirement Plan: 7% employer match for 401(k) contributions
Profit Sharing: 3% profit-sharing contribution
