Talent Access Coordinator

The Talent Access Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, data entry, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Search Operations Manager to scrub, organize, and maintain company information within the database
• Proactively carve out new prospecting territories for future MRG hires through careful research & analysis
• Develop & implement SOP’s for generating sales leads for the Account Executives.
• Participate as an active team member on job order intake calls
• Engineer searches, source candidates, and ensure accurate data entry in the database
• Seek out new ways to innovate

Requirements

• Degree in Library Science, Research, or related studies is preferred
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and computer/technology proficiency
• Experience with Boolean Search & the recruiting industry is a plus
• Willingness to work in-office
• Strong communication skills & ability to work well within a team setting
• Professionalism & openness to coaching
• Comfort & ability to work within deadlines
